Industry Season 4 Is Coming (Eventually). Here's Everything We Know

The writers of Industry season four have their work cut out for them.

On the upside, our ensemble of coke-vacuuming backstabbers largely came out of season three unscathed—a marked upturn after season two, which saw Harper (My’hala) fired from Pierpoint and Yasmin (Marisa Abela) locked out of her father’s finances.

Well, mostly: a word here for Rishi’s (Sagar Radia) beleaguered wife Diana (Brittany Ashworth), who took an undeserved bullet in the dome in the finale after a season of tearing her hair out over her husband’s financial woes. And we guess it would sort of suck to be Rob (Harry Lawtey) after watching Yasmin shack up with Henry (Kit Harington)—a real heart-torn-out, “you won’t be needing this!” moment. But the fact that he appears to have landed safely outside of the finance rat-race, and is now free of the toxic influence that was their will-they-won’t-they relationship, is some consolation.

Nonetheless, there were some pretty seismic shifts in the finale. And one towers above all of them like a skyscraper in Canary Wharf: the London branch of Pierpoint—now Al-Miraj Pierpoint, after it was saved from going under by a last-minute takeover from the Middle East—has closed its doors. This suggests that Industry, for which work on a fourth season is officially underway, is primed for a significant shake-up as the show moves forward.

Harper is en route to New York, ostensibly to reunite with Jesse Bloom (Jay Duplass); Rob’s new venture looks set to take him to San Francisco; Yasmin is playing aristocratic housewife in the Cotswolds with Henry, no doubt with a big wedding episode to come. So, is the show about to go global? Here’s what we know—and what we can predict—about Industry season four.

First off, where are they at with Industry season four?

The fourth season was confirmed a little while ago, and showrunners Mickey Down and Konrad Kay—who’ve just inked a new three-year overall deal with HBO in the wake of season three’s success—have since provided an update that they’re sleeves-up on the first episode.

Any idea when it’ll be out?

Can’t say for sure, but given there has been a steady two-year gap between seasons so far, 2026 seems like a decent shout.

What have Down & Kay said about Industry season four so far?

They kept mostly stuhm on the details in their post-season breakdown with GQ‘s Daniel Riley, but did open up a little on whether they’ve planned for Industry to cross the Atlantic in the next season—not least with Pierpoint London being all but dead.

“Who knows? It’s very hard to answer that. I mean without giving it too much away,” Down said of whether the series will find its way to the US in the future. “There is something about London and, especially in the last season, our exploration of London, and in particular London high society, which I think is unique to this show and I would hate to lose.”
